名前のこと
トレイルの路面すれすれを、雲に乗って飛ぶように下っていく。
そのイメージで、TOBUKUMOと名付けました。
ロゴマークは風神雷神図から。対になる雷神は、ロウ付けを担当するライジンワークスです。
あなたが風神で、TOBUKUMOはあなたの乗る雲。

TOBUKUMO
We handcraft steel full-suspension MTB frames, one by one in Japan.
Design, engineering analysis and CNC machining are handled at the TOBUKUMO workshop, while brazing is done at RAIZIN WORKS.
Rider Dai Okada and engineer Toshiya Kubota are on a mission to build the ultimate ride—crafting, riding, testing, and refining continuously in pursuit of perfection.
We named our brand TOBUKUMO—literally “Flying Cloud”—from the sensation of gliding just above the trail’s surface, as if riding on a cloud.
The logo draws inspiration from the 17th-century Japanese folding screen of Fujin and Raijin, the Gods of Wind and Thunder. The counterpart, Raijin, represents RAIZIN WORKS, who handles our brazing.
You are Fujin, the Wind God—and TOBUKUMO is the cloud you ride upon.
